TOURIST TAX: it is a tax to be paid on arrival, equivalent to 5.50 euros per person per night, excluding children under 12 years. We will ask for it in cash as it is not a payment intended for our business.

CHECK-IN

# It's possible to Check-In from 8.00am to 7.30pm . Our rooms are usually ready within 2.00pm, but if you'll arrive earlier you can leave your luggage here and take your keys, so you can start to comfortably explore the city.

# Check-Ins after 8.00pm needs to be scheduled mandatorily in advance, and there will be a further charge of €30.00

# We're a very small family business, so it's very important for us to know the arrival time (even approximate) of our guests, and being informed about any delay that could happen. This will help us guaranteeing our presence at the moment of your arrival, and our best welcoming service! Please note that, if we won't know your arrival time, there could be nobody at your arrival, so you'll need to contact us by phone and wait for our arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

#  Cancellation and amendments to confirmed bookings must be made by sending an email to [email protected] (or calling us at +39 328 7665169) referring to the own reservation.

# Bookings cancelled by either fax or email 7 days prior to your arrival day won't be charged.

# If you cancel with less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, there will be a penalty of the 50%

# In case of no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

# If the guest shows but decides not to stay in the B&B, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
